Kirsty is originally from Scotland but has lived in Brighton for almost five years. Whilst in Scotland she became a REPs Level 3: Personal Trainer with Referred Populations (able to train those with various health issues) and trained individuals 121 at home, outdoors or in the gym.
Kirsty is also a certified Circuit and Group Studio Cycling Teacher and taught Spin classes in Scotland and Circuit classes in Brighton at Active for Less. In 2014 she trained with Sun Power Yoga to become a Yoga Teacher (CYQ YA200hrs). Kirsty now also holds Diploma’s in Unity Partner Yoga, Aqua Yoga and Thai Yoga Massage. Kirsty is fully insured, CRB checked and has her First Aid certificate.
Sun Power Yoga is a mix of three yoga styles Dynamic Hatha for Alignment, Sivananda Yoga for Subtle Mind and Breath work and Ashtanga Vinyasa for heat, flexibility and stamina. Sun Power Yoga uses the image of the sun as a symbol of empowerment, hope, determination, letting go, warmth and light.
