I have been practicing a variety of Yoga styles for nearly a decade, and did my first training in Kerala, India in 2013.
I am dedicated to creating a safe, careful Yoga practice that fosters both strength and flexibility in body and mind. I have practiced many styles of Yoga over the years, and continue to do so. For me, there doesn't seem to be one 'style' which is totally balanced and complete, which is why in my own practice, and in my teaching, I try to integrate aspects of several different disciplines, including the precision of Iyengar, the strength of Ashtanga, the meditative focus of Sivananda.
After having very low self-esteem as a teenager, Yoga really helped me to gain confidence in my body and my self, and I hope to be able to help others on their journey. I also specialise in the therapeutic application of Yoga, using Yoga techniques to help with a variety of physical and psychological problems.
